“Being a restaurant owner, I have been approached over the years by numerous third party delivery, POS systems, marketing companies, payment platforms, social media companies etc. all aimed at helping grow my business, while mainly focusing on growing their own brands. Third party delivery companies and other platforms have used technology and digital marketing to drive and shape the restaurant industry. With profit margins razor thin and having to use some 3^rd party companies to survive it has become apparent that the system is broken and needs to change.

 I have always believed in four walls marketing and building sales one guest at time by delivering great food by friendly staff and connecting with guests. I felt that through third party usage we are getting away from that integral connection. It is time to start to regain that four walls and extend it digitally to re-connect with our own guests by utilizing our own staff and product. I want to be able to engage loyal guests one meal at a time. I want to know and form a relationship with each guest we serve and deliver to.”
